Chris "Flash" Clark
Chris ‘Flash’ Clark started skiing at the Blueberry Hill Inn in Vermont, which his parents started in 1967. Flash began racing at age 4 in the Bill Koch league, and went on to compete at Junior Worlds at age 18. Flash skied through college on the Middlebury College Carnival Ski Team, and after college he spent two years racing and training in Norway where he finished in the top 15 in the Birkebiener. Flash and his partner Katharine moved to the Methow Valley in 1996, and he has coached with the MVNT since 1997. When not coaching he builds timber frame carports, barns and small houses. Flash loves to play on skis and is particularly well known for his ski jumping.
