THURSDAY DECEMBER 17:

6:00 - 9:00pm Check-in and registration at Sun Mountain Lodge

7:00 - 8:15pm Swix Waxing Clinic

EVENING: Wax Room Open - equipment (benches/irons) and wax coach available. Please bring your own scrapers, brushes, kick wax and glide wax. These items are available for sale at the Sun Mountain Ski shop or at Winthrop Mountain Sports.

FRIDAY DECEMBER 18:

6:30 - 7:30am Yoga

6:30 - 8:30am  Waxing equipment (benches/irons) and wax coach available

7:00 - 8:30am  Camp check-in and late registration

7:00am – through out day (times will be posted at camp) Ski Reps and Demos available

8:30 - 9:00am  Introductions and orientation

9:00 - 9:30am   Ski instructor assignment

9:30- 11:15am   Ski !!

11:15-11:30am  Return to Lodge

11:30-12:30pm  Lunch

12:30- 3:00pm  Ski

3:00 – 3:30pm Return to Lodge

4:00 - 4:30pm  Stretching session

4:45 - 5:30pm Presentation by Peter Dickinson, MS,PT,SCS - Board Certified Specialist in Sports Medicine

EVENING: Dinner on your own. Waxing coach and equipment (benches/irons) available.

7:00 - 8:15pm  Equipment selection discussion with Rita Kinney of Winthrop Mountain Sports along with representatives from Atomic, Fischer and Salomon.

SATURDAY DECEMBER 19:

6:30 -7:30am Yoga

6:30 - 8:30am Waxing equipment (benches/irons) and wax coach available

7:00am – through out day (times will be posted at camp) Ski Reps and Demos available

8:30 – 9:00am Morning briefing

9:00am - 9:30am Ski instructor assignment

9:30- 11:15am Ski!!

11:15-11:30am Return to Lodge

11:30-12:30pm Lunch

12:30- 3:00pm Ski

3:30 -4:00pm Return to Lodge

4:00 - 4:30pm Stretching session

EVENING: Dinner on your own. Waxing coach and equipment (benches/irons) available.

7:00 – 8:00 pm Mark Waechter of Nordic Ultratune will discuss ski care, grinds, waxes.

SUNDAY DECEMBER 20:

6:30 - 7:30am Yoga

6:30 - 8:30am Waxing equipment (benches/irons) and wax coach available

8:30 - 8:45am Morning briefing

8:45 - 9:00am Ski Instructor Assignment

9:00 - 11:15am Ski!!

11:15 -11:30am Return to Lodge

11:30 -12:30pm Lunch and camp wrap up

12:30 - 2:00pm Special ski tour with the coaches-Chickadee Warming Hut

PLEASE BE ON TIME FOR ALL SESSIONS!

NOTE: DO NOT WAX SKIS IN YOUR ROOM!!! Waxing area with benches/irons available. Please bring your own scrapers, brushes, kick wax and glide wax.

SWIX WAXING COACHES WILL BE AVAILABLE AT ALL WAXING SESSIONS TO ANSWER QUESTIONS AND PROVIDE GUIDANCE AND MORAL SUPPORT.
