CLINICS
Wed. Jan 2 MV Nordic Intermediate
Level Technique Classes Begin:
SORRY - THIS CLASS IS FULL. This
is an eight week class starting January 2 in both skate and
classic technique for intermediate level skiers, with alternate
techniques from week to week at varying meeting places for
different terrain.
The class will meet Wednesday afternoons from 3-4:30 beginning
Jan 2. Club member cost $80; non-member cost $100. You must
sign up for the entire 8 weeks; no drop-ins. We will have
a variety of expert coaches. Call

JANUARY 12& 13: MVN Members
Ski Clinic SORRY
- THIS CLINIC IS FULL.(Limit 40). 9:00a.m.
– 3:30p.m. $95 for both days. Classic one day, skate
the other. Bring both pairs of skis to Saturday because
we decide which technique based on ski conditions. Lunches

MASTERS CLINICS
Each year, intrepid master skiers meet with their coach Laura
McCabe to fine tune their skiing and fitness levels. Many in
this group start dry l and
training in September through a program offered by Winthrop
Physical Therapy. The Nordic Club then offers an on snow program
once a week starting the first week of December. They meet once
a week on Tuesdays at 1:00 at locations through out the valley
that are announced at the sessions. You should be at least a
strong intermediate skier to enjoy this group! The “fitness
focus” uses skate and classic technique on alternate weeks
through February. PLEASE NOTE: Capacity is filling very quickly
